The events officer can give advice about the booking of council properties and event management.
Slough Safety Advisory Group (SAG) aims to ensure entertainment events are safe for exhibitors, performers and visitors. They also hope to minimise any adverse effects such as noise and traffic congestion.
The group has contributions from various teams within Thames Valley Police, South Central Ambulance Service, the Royal Berkshire Fire and Rescue Service and staff in Slough Borough Council.
