Council tax helplines are open Monday to Friday from 8am to 7pm but please be patient. The vast number of calls we receive when the annual bills are sent out means that you may experience unavoidable delays in your call being answered.

If you can avoid calling us between peak hours of 9am to 1pm this will help us to help you.
