You may be entitled to a 50% reduction in course fees, where fees apply, if you fall into any of the following
criteria:
To claim a reduced fee you will need to produce proof that you meet the above criteria at time of enrolment, for example a letter of entitlement to benefit or your benefit book.
Proof of address and identity would also be required. A recent utility bill or council tax bill and photo ID such as passport or driving licence (photo card) may be presented.
Some courses may require a one-off registration fee or payment for examination fees. On a number of courses you may need to purchase materials to support your learning, if in doubt please ask your centre.
If a course is cancelled, the relevant organisation will reimburse fees paid if no alternative course is acceptable. However, the organisation does not refund fees when a student withdraws from the course.
