The assisted gardening scheme is garden maintenance for those who are not capable of doing the work themselves whether they are council or private tenants.
This service is provided by East Berkshire Mind and costs £14 per hour.
The service includes the following: lawn mowing, weeding, pruning, fence erection and painting, garden clearance, leaf vacuuming, hedge cutting, edging, block paving and patios (including cleaning using pressure washers) and laying woodchip or bark.
