Polling District review

Slough Borough Council is starting a review of its polling districts and polling places over the next few months.

We want to ensure that all electors have the best facilities available for voting.

We also want to ensure that as far as is reasonable and practicable each polling place is accessible to all electors including those who are disabled.

Anyone who has any views on existing polling places in the borough should let us know so that these views can be taken into account as part of the review.

The proposals for polling districts and places will be published in October 2007 for consultation with all interested parties prior to a final decision being taken at the council meeting in December 2007.
