General notes

Any bookings past 9pm will be subject to a mandatory additional charge of £40 plus VAT for security.

For all bookings a deposit of £200 plus 10% of the hire cost is required. This deposit confirms your booking. This deposit will be returned to the hirer within four weeks of the function, providing all the terms and conditions (see below) have been adhered to.

Public liability insurance is required. Slough Borough Council can provide this insurance at a cost of 11.76% of the hire cost. This is VAT exempt.

PDF Documents

PDF Documents, or PDFs, are the standard way of viewing downloadable documents on the web. Any document in PDF format can be viewed on any computer which has a PDF Viewer. If you don't have a PDF Viewer you can download one for free using the link below.

Microsoft Word Documents

Documents in Microsoft Word format have been authored using the Microsoft Word programme. If you have Microsoft Word installed on your computer you will be able to view these documents without any additional software. If you do not have Microsoft Word installed, you can download a free Word document viewer using the link below.
