Any bookings past 9pm will be subject to a mandatory additional charge of £40 plus VAT for security.
For all bookings a deposit of £200 plus 10% of the hire cost is required. This deposit confirms your booking. This deposit will be returned to the hirer within four weeks of the function, providing all the terms and conditions (see below) have been adhered to.
Public liability insurance is required. Slough Borough Council can provide this insurance at a cost of 11.76% of the hire cost. This is VAT exempt.
