Free help and funding is available through the Government’s programme Train to Gain Scheme.  The service will help you improve productivity and competitiveness by ensuring your employees have the right skills to do the best job.

Train to Gain will provide you with an experienced skills broker who can help with:

• A skills needs analysis to assess training needs
• Recommendations on suitable training providers and support services available
• Receiving best value money from investment
• Funding options
• Reviewing progress
