If you are worried about your mental health, or that of a close friend or relative, you should contact your doctor. They can offer advice or refer you to the specialist community mental health services.

Slough's community mental health services also provide a crisis reponse team for acute mental health problems or crises.
The team deals with mental health crises where someone requires urgent support or treatment, which cannot wait until the following day. It is a team of nurses, social workers and support workers.
They are available 5pm to 9am and on weekends and bank holidays. Call 01753 625900.
