- LABC Partnering Scheme - if you regularly submit building regulations applications for larger building projects throughout the country, but would rather deal with only one local authority, this scheme could be for you. - The LABC New Home Warranty is one of the many commercially available products for speculative residential housing, social housing and self build. The LABC New Home Warranty scheme has been created in partnership with LABC, the representative body for Local Authority Building Control, and MD Insurance Services Limited (MDIS) the company that administers the scheme and which is regulated by the Financial Services Authority (FSA). - Development Team Approach for larger schemes. This includes co-ordination with other services such as development control, environmental health, highways, the fire service and Thames Water
