Foot and Mouth - Revoking Restriction Zone - Finally.

Declaration revoking the declaration of a restricted zone made at 14.50 on 12 September 2007

1. This declaration is made under article 38(5) of the Foot-and-Mouth Disease (England) Order 2006 (S.I. 2006/182) (“the Order”). It is made in respect of the declaration of a restricted zone made at 14.50 on 12 September (as amended and consolidated) (“the RZ Declaration”).

2. The Secretary of State is satisfied that a restricted zone is no longer required to prevent the spread of foot-and-mouth disease.

3. The Secretary of State declares that from 18:30 on 19 November the RZ Declaration is revoked.
