Your rent pays for the services we provide for you and other tenants.
It can include other amounts such as water rates, heating and hot water charges and service charges. Service charges cover the services we provide to shared areas like lighting to communal landings and staircases, grounds maintenance to communal gardens and caretaking.
Just after the start of your tenancy you will receive a swipe card and details of when your rent payments are due. You are responsible for keeping your swipe card safe. If you lose your card you will have to pay £2 for a replacement.
