Payment Options

If you have a bank or building society, paying your rent by direct debit is the easiest and most convenient way of paying your rent.

Setting up a direct debit costs you nothing and you can choose to pay your rent on either the first or twentieth of each month.

Alternatively, you can use your debit card over the phone or at the Customer Service Centre.

If you do not have a bank account you can pay cash at:

• the Customer Service Centre
• any post office throughout the country

Rent

Council tenants - £5.72 per week (VAT exempt) 
Private residents / Leaseholders -  £6.72 per week including VAT
