We will research and supply information recorded in the local land charges and common land registers. This will reveal any restrictions affecting the property and its future owners e.g. money owed to the Council or tree preservation orders. In the case of common land, it will show whether there are any rights across the land.
Our search will involve answering several standard questions on road and rail scheme proposals, planning history and many other matters affecting the property.
