Housing allocations - money to move

We would like to hear from you if you:

• live in a council property or housing association property
• have spare bedrooms
• are prepared to move to a smaller home in your area of choice

In return we will pay you:

• £1000 for each bedroom you give up for a smaller home
• £500 towards removal costs

Who is eligible?

All council and housing association tenants who live in a property that is now too large for them and can move to a smaller property without being overcrowded.
