Site Allocations Development Plan Document Consultation
We have produced a Draft Site Allocation Development Plan Document (DPD) for public consultation. This document shows our first thoughts on more than 85 proposals for development sites across Slough giving them a green, amber or red light in a ‘traffic assessment’ of whether they comply in principle with the Core Strategy. We have produced a Scoping report for the Site Allocations Development Plan Document which is the first stage of a Sustainability Appraisal. The Scoping report sets out a framework for assessing the siteS against social, economic and environmental objectives.
A copy of the Scoping report can be downloaded below. This carries forward the Scoping report for the Core Strategy.
The Council is asking for your comments on whether the framework is sufficient to allow the Sustainability Appraisal of all site allocations. If you wish to comment please download the response form and return to us by Friday 19th September 2008 to:
