Enterprise Group initiatives are held by Slough Borough Council. It is a part of the Economic Development, Diversity & Equalities Team.

Enterprise Group initiatives are:

Aurat Enterprise: aims to raise the self-esteem, identify transferable skills and improve the educational, employment and training prospects of black and minority ethnic women
Enterprise Centre: gives practical advice and tips to gain employment, such as interview skills, how to fill application forms and individual CV preparation.
Enterprise Link: gives free practical support at the pre-business start up stage for black and minority ethnic women
Information, Advice & Guidance (IAG): holds one-to-one interviews with a qualified adviser to allow access to a range of services. IAG encourages professional and business development learning opportunities for all
Lone Parent Project: gives help and support to lone parents who want to return to work
Opening Doors: a Berkshire-wide initiative to help women raise their aspirations and overcome self-imposed barriers through skills based workshops with the emphasis on personal development
