The series of developer guide documents is to assist developers who are proposing to submit planning application for residential and commercial schemes in Slough.
It is relevant to all major applications and to most development of one dwelling or other new buildings or changes of use.
The documents shows applicants to what they will be required to do and what to expect from the planning service at various stages.
The documents can be found below. Part 1 covers submission of applications. The other parts offer advice but importantly also implement Local Plan and Core Strategy policies.
