The South East Business Portal is designed to allow the sharing of information about existing contracts and forthcoming tendering opportunities across the seventy four councils of the South East region.
The portal has been developed by the South East Centre of Excellence (SECE) along with the Regional Procurement Networks and Due north and is aimed at helping both suppliers to and councils within the south east region.
The seventy four south east councils collectively spend between £4 billion and £4.5 billion each year on bought-in goods and services.
The portal offers suppliers the opportunity to:

Suppliers may register their interest in specific opportunities shown on this Portal and / or receive e-mail notification of new opportunities for specific categories of goods and services as well as by the council, or group of councils, they are interested in.
Registration for a specific opportunity will ensure that your company is included in the council’s selection process for that tender. Registration via this Portal does not guarantee that you will be invited to tender.
Similarly e-mail notification of a new opportunity is a prompt for you to decide whether to register your interest or not for that particular tender. It does not automatically include your company in the process.
Additional functionality is available to council officers including ability to upload new contract. This area is password protected and requires officers to register and log-in before use.
