Loyalty card scheme - full terms and conditions

To join the loyalty scheme, customers must complete a registration form at the nursery. They will then be given a loyalty card. Each time the customer spends over £10, they must present the card at the till to collect a stamp. Once 5 stamps have been collected, the nursery will give the customer £5 off their next purchase, and retain the completed loyalty card.

The reward card remains the property of Wexham Nursery at all times, and the scheme may be withdrawn or altered at any time without prior notice to the customer.

Only transactions made in conjunction with the card qualify for the reward stamp.

The reward card must be presented at the till for each transaction at the time of purchase. Reward stamps cannot be redeemed after the purchase transaction has been made.

Reward vouchers have no cash value and can only be redeemed against future purchases of garden products at Wexham Nursery. The purchase of refreshments is excluded from the reward scheme.
