Any schemes that are to be implemented are decided using the Local Transport plan by Slough's Transport Development department.
As a matter of course the council consults local residents and businesses on most schemes. It is worth noting consultation means collecting and listening to a variety of stakeholders. Views will be taken into consideration but no one stakeholder or view automatically results in a decision.
The council liaises with local residents groups and send direct letters or questionnaires about traffic schemes. The council welcomes written or email correspondences against a specific scheme.
