The canvass form is pre-printed with the names of the electors currently on the register. When you receive the form, you should check and amend any details on the form, if necessary, sign it and return it in the pre-paid envelope to the electoral services office. If you do not return the canvass form with your details, then your name may not be included in the register.
Alternatively, if there are no changes to the elector details as pre-printed on the form, you can confirm the details by following the instructions with the form.
