Children’s Priority Commissioning and Grant Funding

This is an opportunity to apply for funding to run specific projects for

The grant fund will be for up to 31 March 2012. To qualify for funding you must:

be willing to work collectively in partnership with other Voluntary and Community Sector (VCS) groups, the local authority and Slough Council for Voluntary Service (SCVS)
provide activities that are universal with a targeted element that includes 1/3 of children and young people identified by the local authority, or provide a specific programme for an identified group of children or young people
have a clear plan for delivery where the focus is to achieve measurable outcomes
use an Outcomes Star to measure outcomes prior to delivery, at the midpoint, and at the end of the intervention
provide evidence of outcomes and expenditure as requested
be a properly constituted group
make sure all staff over 16 have current CRB clearance
have employers liability (if required) and public liability insurance.
