Supported Housing - Service for Older People

We provide choice, support and promote independence for the over 50s and those with special support needs.

Supported Housing accommodation has been designated by us as suitable for 2 groups of people aged:

60 years or more - Supported Housing complexes, ground floor flats, studios, bungalows
50 years and more - Supported Housing first floor flats

We manage over 1300 self-contained properties, including 9 complexes.

Mission Statement

Our flexible, needs-led, outcome focused service will help clients engage in their community and maintain independent living. Through a consultative approach we will collaborate with local health, social care agencies and third party sector to make sure clients choice, safety, health and economic and social well-being.

Clients' involvement, feedback and decision-making in our service provision are the key to their individual empowerment and our continuous improvement.
