Prospective Tenants

Support is given by a dedicated team of mobile Supported Housing Officers, whose aim is to help clients to remain in their own homes as long as possible. When clients sign up to the Supported Housing Service, we promise to:

visit/view the property with you
assist in your sign-up to the property
provide our Welcome and Settling-in service
draw up a Support Plan with you
review your Support Plan every quarter
provide an Emergency Response Service
visit you, if your need be
liaise with other agencies on your behalf
assist with requests for housing repairs
test Careline emergency alarms in all homes (every quarter), emergency lighting and fire alarms
assist with any compliments or complaints
