We provide a mobile estate service for the communal areas. The type of work carried out varies from block to block but tasks are to:

• inspect and report any graffiti and other markings on stairs and landings
• inspect lighting and any other faults in shared areas
• sweep and litter pick
• clean bin areas
• rotate refuse bins
• check and unblock bin chutes
• sweep and mop stairs
• report faults in lifts
• report any abandoned vehicles
• program fobs for communal entry

Other services are:

• community engagement
• crime prevention
• community reassurance
• removing abandoned vehicles
• door-entry systems
