How can I get my business rates reduced?
Your rates will only be reduced if your rateable value is reduced.
To appeal against your rateable value contact the Valuation Office 0118 9804800 or email readinggroup.vo@voa.gsi.gov.uk
Is there any business rates relief available for small businesses?
In some circumstances relief is available if your property has a rateable value under £15,000 and this is your only business property in England.
