Please contact your head of year and ask for your card. Please note, the card will not be issued until your 16th birthday.
I live in the borough of Slough but do not attend a school within it, how can I get a CitizenCard?
If you are 16 or about to turn 16 in the next couple of weeks please contact the trading standards team on 01753 875255 to process this.
If you are under 16 or aged 17+ go to the CitizenCard website for a card.
I don't live in or attend a school within the borough of Slough, how can I get a CitizenCard?
Please contact your local trading standards through the trading standards institute website and check if they offer a proof of age card. Or you can go to the CitizenCard website for more details.
