How do I know if my property or I am exempt from paying the Council Tax?
Some homes can be exempt.
These include properties which are empty and unfurnished (for up to 6 months), lived in only by students, people who are severely mentally impaired, people who are under 18 or annexes occupied by qualifying elderly relatives of the people in the main home.
