What sort of things would the Council be looking for with regard to the conditions of a caravan site?

The Council's Private Sector Housing Team would look at the following things during a caravan site inspection:

that there is sufficient space between the caravans, with regard to fire precautions
that the caravans are in good repair
that the condition of on-site facilities is adequate
that a copy of the site licence is displayed
that an emergency phone is available on site
