I have not yet received settlement in respect of an invoice sent to you. When I can expect payment?
You will need to contact the Accounts Payable Group in the Revenues and Payment Section on 01753 875372/3, quoting your invoice number and amount.
If this group have not received the paperwork to enter it on the system to produce a cheque or BACS payment, then you will need to contact the department you issued your invoice to.
