How can I find out about the decisions taken at a Council or Committee Meeting, before the minutes are published?
All minutes will be posted to the web once they have been approved. If you require detail of decisions taken in meetings before the minutes are posted, contact the Committee and Member Services Section on 01753 875317. Please also visit our agendas and minutes page.
How do I find out which Councillors sit on which Committees?
Information on which committees Councillors sit on can be found by viewing the appointments to cabinet and committees page found elsewhere on this website. Or you can contact the Committee & Member Services on 01753 875317.
Can I attend Council and Committee Meetings?
The majority of Council and Committee meetings are open to the public and the press. Any topics or meetings not open to the public or press will be indicated as such on the agenda.
