Can I get a copy of the CCTV images recorded by the system?
Yes, CCTV images are stored on the system for a maximum of 31 days, after which time they are automatically deleted in accordance with the Data Protection Act. Anyone wishing to obtain a copy of video captured by the system can do so by first calling the CCTV Manager on 01753 875064 and requesting a review in search of the information.
In cases where the information is found to be available a form to request access to the CCTV video will be sent to you and should be completed and returned to the CCTV Manager, Town Hall, Bath Road, Slough, BERKS SL1 3UQ.
Any person making a request must be able to satisfactorily prove their identity and provide sufficient information to enable the data to be located. The appropriate "Subject Access" request form must also be completed.
