I would like a dropped kerb/ dropped crossing?
You can apply to the council for the installation of a dropped kerb that will let you drive over the pavement onto your property.
The easiest way to apply is by completing our online form which asks you all the information we need to know. You can also give us this information by calling 01753 875635 or e-mailing highways@slough.gov.uk. Someone will take your details and an inspector will visit the site. There are some sites where we cannot install a dropped kerb, for safety or amenity reasons. We will let you know the outcome of your request as soon as we can.
Please note that if you do not have a dropped kerb installed by the council and you drive across the pavement you are committing an offence and the council may take action against you.
