What do I do if I have a concern about a child, or I'm worried a child is being abused?
Please call 01753 690898 or if it's engaged try 875591 from 9am to 5pm weekdays, excluding bank holidays. These are covered during all office hours by dedicated customer service officers with immediate access to qualified duty social workers. If you need to contact us outside of office hours, that is anytime from 5pm to 9am, weekends and bank holidays, you should contact the Social Services Emergency Duty Team (EDT) on 01344 786543. Should you get an answer phone please clearly state that you have a concern about a child and leave your contact details, so someone can get back in touch with you.
