Do you provide services for looked after children who are disabled?
If you have a Social Worker already assigned then please contact them.
If you do not have a Social Worker please contact: Social Services Department, Town Hall, Slough. SL1 3UQ. Tel: 01753 690400 or e-mail: socialservices@slough.gov.uk. Please note that every disabled child is entitled to an Assessment.
