Where can I get a trade bin?
Trade bins can be received from any reputable waste company advertising in the local telephone directory or from Enterprise. Contact 0800 6346301.
The trade bins owned by a business near my house have "Slough Borough Council" written on them, and they haven't been emptied. What's going on?
Slough Borough Council sold its trade waste service to SITA, a private company, in 1999. SITA were to re-label the trade bins to stop confusion, but some of the old Slough bins remain. The council does not have any trade bins of its own. If a trade bin is causing a problem, this can still be reported to the Public Health team, on 01753 875255. Whatever the case, the contractor responsible, probably SITA, will be required to empty the bin, or the business owner will be required to make arrangements to empty it.
