How do I pay a car park fine?

Cash in person at the Parking Office, Unit 1, Shaftsbury Court, 18 Chalvey Park, Slough , SL1 2ER. between 9am - 4.30pm, Monday - Friday, and 9am - 1pm on Saturdays.
How do I dispute my car parking fine?
All appeals against parking tickets should be made in writing to: APCOA Parking Services, PO BOX 56561, London, SW18 9EZ. This is a requirement of the law relating to parking.
Do I get a discount if I pay my penalty charge notice sooner rather than later?
You have 14 days in which to pay at a reduced rate (£30 for 2005), after which it will rise to a full amount (£60 for 2005).
Is parking on a white line a parking offence?
No. The Council's parking enforcement team has no legal authority to issue parking tickets in such cases.
Who in the council is responsible for enforcing parking restrictions?
Slough Borough Council is now responsible for enforcing parking, loading and waiting restrictions in the borough. You will hear the scheme referred to as Decriminalised Parking Enforcement (DPE) or Parking Watch. This is delivered through Central Parking System.
A team of civil enforcement officers enforce the restrictions. Priority is given to areas where illegal parking causes the worst problems. Their patrols also include council-operated car parks.
Illegally parked vehicles cause congestion and slow down other road users. They also create inconvenience for everyone, including legitimate parkers, delivery vehicles, the emergency services, and bus users. Road markings such as yellow lines, loading bays, bus stops and residents zones, indicate that some sort of restriction applies. Notices nearby will always explain what the restriction is. If in doubt check the notice.
