Women-only sessions take place in Herschel Sports on:
Yoga - Wednesday 6.30 to 7.25pm
Keep fit - Wednesday 7.30 to 8.25pm
Mothers and daughters keep fit - Friday 6.30 to 7.25pm

Where can I get involved in Martial Arts?
There are number of Karate, Taekwon Do and Kick Boxing Clubs in Slough. Please contact the Sport and Health Team for further details.
