How can I make a claim on my mortgage household insurance?
Request a claim form from the Revenues and Payments Section on 01753 875511. This form when completed is sent directly to the Insurance Company.
I have repaid my council provided mortgage, when will I receive my deeds?
The Legal Department will have been requested to release the Deeds, this is usually done within a month of notification.
What is the outstanding balance on my mortgage provided by the council?
To obtain a redemption figure you should contact the Revenues and Payments Section on 01753 875511.
You will need to quote your Mortgage Reference Number.
