What happens if my council garage rent account is in arrears?
Please contact your rent recovery officer. We may decide to automatically repossess the garage where rent arrears rise to an unacceptable level or an account is in arrears for too long.
What do I do if I want to terminate my council garage contract?
You must provide the council with one week's written notice and your rent must be paid up to the termination date.
