What will happen to my possessions if I am evicted?
Your possessions will be stored for a maximum of 6 months after which they will be disposed of.
Why am I being evicted?
There are a number of reasons why you are being evicted including not keeping up with your rent, rent arrears, antisocial behaviour and not meeting the tenancy agreement.
I have been evicted. The Council have boarded up my front door and windows with metal doors and shutters. What should I do?

I am being threatened with eviction. What do I have to do to remain in my home?
To retain your home the following criteria must be met including rent payment up to date, comply with the nuisance and harassment policy and follow the tenancy agreements too.
