Why hasn't our refuse been collected today?
If your dustbin has not been emptied on its normal day, then it may be that there has been a bank holiday resulting in the bins being collected one or two days late - see the collection details pages on the website, or look in the local press. If its not a holiday period, and if your bin has not been collected on your normal day of collection contact our partners Slough Accord on 0800 634 6301.
