Valuation services provides property advice and support for the council. Our main roles are:

to provide property valuation advice to the council
to deal with the disposal of surplus council owned property
to manage the council's workshops and other property, including the letting of any vacant property

We produce a monthly list of properties and land available to rent, which you can view below.
