Please note payments can be made up until 4.45pm weekdays.

Please note council tax and benefits telephone enquiries operate from Monday to Friday from 8am - 7pm.

How to find My Council

Directions to the new My Council customer service centre from the One Stop Shop
(closed from 3rd October).

Come out of the Queensmere Shopping Centre into the town square. Take a right turn into Slough High Street, follow this until you reach the junction of Windsor Road. Landmark Place is the new building on your left hand side. It is on the opposite side of the intersection to Slough Library.
