To submit an appeal, you must complete an appeal form with the following important information:

A copy of the appeal form can also be found below. Or you can contact Democratic Services on 01753 875015 or the Admissions team within the department for Education and Children’s Services on 01753 875728 (Wednesday and Friday only from 1pm to 4.30pm).
