Can I appeal for more than one school?
Yes, if you have applied for that school on the original application form or been formally refused by the school.
How can I appeal against the school my child has been allocated?
If you are unhappy with the school allocated to your child you can appeal to an independent appeals panel. You will need to complete an admission appeal form which will be sent to you upon request, along with an explanatory leaflet, when you call (01753) 875013 . This is for community and voluntary controlled schools in the borough only. Appeals for foundation schools or grammar schools are dealt with by the school in question and you will need to contact them directly. Details of whether a school is a community, voluntary, foundation or grammar school, as well as contact details can be found by looking up the appropriate school in the list at the following link.
