Proposals for the regeneration of Britwell and Northborough are being developed.
Council officers and councillors from both wards are just completing work which will result in a master plan for the area. The proposals are likely to include improving the areas of Kennedy Park and Wentworth Avenue (including the shops and flats).
The master plan will also explore providing better community and leisure facilities and a number of environmental improvements. Proposals will also be complementary to existing projects such as the redevelopment of Beechwood School.
