If you require assistance on Legal Aid please call the Access Team on (01795) 690400 who will carry out a brief telephone assessment to distinguish whether you are eligible for Home Care. Upon the brief telephone assessment you will be refereed to a member within our team who will follow up the referral.
Alternatively you can also go along to either Wexham Park Hospital or Upton Hospital where they will be able to provide you with legal aid information
If you require Legal aid whilst in hospital then you may contact your social worker, or call the Access Team on (01795) 690400, who will be more than happy to assist your query. Should you be in a hospital then advice and assessment is provided at Wexham Park Hospital and Upton Hospitals.
