If you wish to have premises to be used as a dog breeding establishment you will need to download, complete and return the 'Application for a Licence to keep a Breeding Establishment for Dogs' form. You will also need to enclose your registration fee of £250 + vet fees with your application.
An acknowledgement to the receipt of the application will be sent within five days of the application being submitted.
An inspection of the premises will be carried out prior to a licence being issued.
The licence is renewable annually and the fee is £250.
