If you wish to sell pets at a particular premises you need to apply for a licence to keep a pet shop.
You will need to download, complete and return the 'Application for Licence to keep a Pet Shop' form. You will also need to enclose a registration fee of £250 + vet fees with your application.
An inspection of the premises will be carried out prior to a licence being issued.
The licence is renewable annually and the fee is £250.
